An Independent practice based in Surrey is looking to recruit an experienced Building Surveyor to carry out L2/L3 surveys.
There is a focus on the quality of the reporting as opposed to the volume of work carries out weekly.
AssocRICS/MRICS required, as well as a suitable proficiency in using tablet technology to complete reports.
Salary parameters are broad ranging for this role and finer details will be discussed at interview/offer stage of the process.
Responsibilities
Carry out informative L2/L3 surveys on behalf of private customers.
